Shipping & Returns
Regarding our Shipping and Returns policy:
We gladly accept returns through the mail. In fact, your complete satisfaction is so important to us.
However what if my order is not correct? Mistakes happen, so we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact: shop@aimnationinc.com and we will investigate it. Please always include your order number when e-mailing us.
Please note that we are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us except for postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
Again, please return all parcels by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms
*Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed. Any additional taxes, duties or fees are not included in your order total and are due upon receipt of your shipment.
Please note that we ONLY ship to the address on the billing address for security reason and prevention of fraud and our carriers, DHL, FedEx, and UPS do not deliver to PO BOX for security reasons.
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package
